Born in Kansas City, educated at Hampton University in Virginia, introduced to life and all its wonders through time spent in Chicago, Milan, Dallas, and New York…Megan is proud to now call Davidson, NC home. Megan has lived in the Charlotte area for almost 10 years and she continues to be amazed by the beauty, opportunity, and hospitality of this community.
Megan is a Senior Vice President at Genesco Sports Enterprises, a Sports Marketing and Consulting firm that advises, negotiates, and activates sports strategies for corporate clients. For over 14 years Megan has helped clients such as PepsiCo, Advance Auto Parts, MillerCoors, and others navigate and grow their business through sports industry investments. She has been on the forefront of news making deals such as the Mountain Dew partnership with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the PepsiCo partnership with the NBA. As a lifelong sports fan, Megan is fortunate and blessed to work in such an exciting, dynamic industry that has taken her around the world.
Megan grew up as a competitive gymnast is the Kansas suburb of Shawnee. While she enjoyed school, dance, and spending time with family and friends, gymnastics was her passion and nearly everyday from 2nd grade through senior year high school was spent in the gym. Although gymnastics ended with high school graduation, the life skills she learned as gymnast carried on. Dedication, commitment, and of course a competitive desire to always be her best can be seen in Megan to this date.
Megan is honored to be an executive team member at Genesco Sports Enterprises, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and a Board Member and Committee Chair of Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center. But, the most rewarding and important part of her life is her family…. her husband Trevor and two year old daughter McCall.
Simple as they may be, Megan lives life by a few guiding principles: Be Nice. Be Loyal. Be Smart. Be Patient. Be Truthful.

Megan has two NBA Championship rings as a former Chicago Bulls Luvabull from the Jordan, Pippen, Rodman era!
COLBY FOSS
Seasons with Charlotte Ballet: 2
Colby began his dance training in Fargo, ND at age 15 with Kathy Gasper and Trollwood Performing Arts School. He attended summer programs on full scholarship with Milwaukee Ballet, Queen City Ballet, Boston Ballet and River North Chicago Dance Company. Colby graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance Performance.
Since graduating, he has danced professionally at Ballet Nouveau Colorado, which was included on Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch,” and Wonderbound for seven seasons. Colby has worked with choreographers such as Garrett Ammon, Ma Cong, Mark Godden, Alex Ketley, Maurya Kerr, Danny Pelzig and Kevin Jenkins, Javier de Frutos, Robyn Mineko Williams, Sasha Janes, Myles Thatcher, Filipe Portugal and Helen Pickett. He has also been a principal dancer with the Central City Opera, performed in Sweet and Lucky with Third Rail Projects and The Denver Center for the Performing Arts and performed in the Bessie award-winning production, Then She Fell, in New York City.
PAT’S PLACE
For 13 years, Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center (PPCAC) has coordinated the investigation and treatment of the most serious cases of child abuse in Mecklenburg County. The mission of PPCAC is to drive the resolution of child abuse cases through investigation and collaboration with key partner agencies; to provide a safe and compassionate environment that puts the well being of the child first; and to break the cycle of abuse through training, education, and community outreach. PPCAC provides 4 direct services on site including forensic interviews, medical examinations, family advocacy and therapy.
PPCAC provides all direct services at no cost to a child’s family. In addition to these essential services, PPCAC also provides training and outreach to community members, facilitates a coordinated investigative response to child abuse allegations and coordinates Mecklenburg County’s response to the human trafficking of children and young adults.
