BRENT FATTICCI
Head of Compliance Strategy, Planning & Governance, Wells Fargo
Brent has been with Wells Fargo for 20 years serving in various Risk and Compliance, Control, and Audit leadership roles. In his current role, he is responsible for leading strategic planning, governance, business management, and operational activities supporting the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance Department.
Throughout his career, Brent has invested time and attention in people at work and in the community to provide support and guidance. He is driven by the belief that he is making a difference. This has extended into his work with Dress for Success Charlotte and various veteran-focused organizations in the Charlotte community.
Brent, his wife, Susan, and their two daughters enjoy calling Charlotte their home, but also seek as many opportunities as they can to travel to new and fun destinations.

- Fun Fact: I’ve worn everything from boots as an Army Ranger in Special Operations to 6” stiletto heels in multiple Dress for Success Charlotte Stiletto Swagger fundraising events. Time for some dancing shoes!
- Dancing Experience: I have taken some dance lessons over the years. I like to dance, but I would not call myself a dancer.
- Why did you choose to support Charlotte Ballet? During my 25 years in the Charlotte area, the majority of my community engagement has been oriented towards non-profit organizations focused on lifting up and supporting women and veterans. The Charlotte Ballet is a pillar of our community and is instrumental in helping our community understand, appreciate, and experience the beauty of imagination and enrichment of life through the arts. I look forward to supporting their work in connecting, engaging, educating, and providing access and experiences to the Charlotte community, while also being able to support the mission of Dress for Success Charlotte.
KARSEN GRESHAM
Seasons with Charlotte Ballet: 1
Karsen is from Charlotte, NC and grew up dancing at Charlotte Ballet Academy and Havilah Dance Company. As an Academy student, Karsen performed in eight seasons of Jean Pierre Bonnefoux’s Nutcracker in roles ranging from ‘Clara’ to ‘Marzipan.’ Karsen has also performed in Charlotte Ballet‘s Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty.
Karsen spent two years as a Trainee in Charlotte Ballet’s Pre-Professional program under the direction of Laszlo Berdo, Kati Mayo and Patricia McBride. During her time as a Trainee, Karsen was a dual enrolled CMS student and graduated high school with her Associate Degree from CPCC. After those two years, Karsen was promoted to the Second Company where she performed in works by Alejandro Cerrudo, Ashley Lindsey, Christopher Stuart, “Kamuyot” by Ohad Naharin, as well as soloist roles in Ib Andersen’s Swan Lake.
Karsen attended summer intensives at Charlotte Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Juilliard, Pittsburgh Dance Theatre and the Chautauqua School of Dance. Karsen performed a work by Sasha Janes in the 2023 Chautauqua Alumni Allstar Gala.
In addition, Karsen has performed in works by Kara Wilkes, Mark Godden, Bianca Bonner, Naimah Kioski, Kati Mayo, Emily Bowen, Kyle Shawell, Heather Ferguson, Brittany Vachon and George Balanchine. Karsen loves calling Charlotte home.

- Hometown: Charlotte, North Carolina
- Favorite thing about Charlotte: I love Charlotte! I’ve lived here my whole life and trained in the Academy. I am excited to be a part of the loving and inspirational atmosphere of Charlotte Ballet and with a group of dancers I’ve admired my whole life. This is a dream come true!
- The highlight of your time with Charlotte Ballet: A highlight of my time with Charlotte Ballet would have to be the two years I performed the role of Clara in the Nutcracker. The first year I performed with the original set and costumes and rode in the nut boat. The second year, we had a brand new set, new costumes and I rode in the hot air balloon.
About Dress for Success Charlotte
The Mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Key programs include:
- Interview and Employment Suiting : Personal style consultation, two complete interview outfits, including shoes and accessories, and an instant working wardrobe, up to five additional outfits, when employment is secured.
- Professional Women’s Group (PWG) : A professional employment retention and career advancement association developed to support employed women with continued learning and professional development. Key focus areas include but are not limited to: work-place communication; corporate culture; financial literacy/wealth building; mental and physical health and wellness, networking and social capital, balancing family and work; and more.
- Going Places Network (GPN) : An 8-week job acquisition program that provides a curriculum that blends a proven methodology to improve the career prospects of unemployed and underemployed women. Program goals include gaining professional skills, developing key strategies to secure employment and accelerate job searches, build confidence, and expand social capital.
- Career Center : A fully equipped business office for clients to use on their own and/or to meet with HR and Recruiting professionals for one-on-one job search support and instruction, including: summary and cover-letter writing; Internet access, tutorials, webinars, testing certifications; job placement software; mock interviews; and professional development workshops.
- Computer Skills Training: Microsoft Office at beginner and advanced levels, including Word and Excel
- Financial Education: A 10-week curriculum developed with the National Endowment for Financial Education providing education on: Basic banking and budgeting, Credit and Debt Management, Investments and Retirement Planning; Workplace Benefits; Taxes, among other topics.
